For ten years, BILBCon has been an anchor for Black students seeking a community of driven, ambitious young professionals. As we enter our tenth year, we aim to build on and surpass our original mission. This year’s conference will challenge attendees to pursue their goals with both confidence and character. Through workshops, panels, and speakers from a diverse range of industries, BILBCon will serve as a pivotal step in shaping the Black leaders of tomorrow.
