ANGELA RUTTA
Conference Co-Chair
Angela is a sophomore at Wharton studying Accounting and Management with a minor in Spanish. Angela is originally from Northern Virginia and attended High School in Leesburg.
As Co-chair, Angela manages all conference committees (special events, logistics, etc.) Last year, Angela was previously a Special Events FLC (Freshman Logistics Coordinator) and was passionate enough to continue her work with the conference. Outside of BILB, Angela plays in a flute choir and enjoys finding opportunities to volunteer in Philadelphia.

GABRIEL RAY
Conference Co-Chair
Gabriel is a sophomore in Wharton, studying Finance and Legal Studies. He is originally from Aiken, South Carolina.
Last year, Gabriel was previously an FLC (Freshman Logistics Coordinator) for the School Liaison committee within BILB. Outside of BILB, Gabriel is the VP of Public Relations for BlackGen Capital and a Project Lead for Global Research and Consulting Group. In his free time, Gabriel enjoys trying new foods, playing pickleball, and watching anime.
SYDNEY GeDEON
Logistics Co-Chair
Sydney is a sophomore at Wharton studying Finance and ESG with a minor in Environmental Studies. She is originally from Peachtree City, Georgia.
Sydney previously served as a Logistics FLC for BILBCon 2024. Outside of BILB, she is the Treasurer for Penn Environmental Group, Finance Chair for VITA@Penn, and works as a Student Eco-Rep with Penn Sustainability. In her free time, she enjoys reading, taking walks, watching crime shows, and trying new coffee spots in Philly.
JEDREK KUMI
Logistics Co-Chair
Jedrek is a sophomore, in the College of Arts and Sciences studying Political Science with concentration in Legal Studies. He is originally from Union, NJ.
Outside of BILB, he serves as the Sadie T.M. Alexander Conference Co-Chair for the Black Pre-Law Association, sits on the Student Allocations Committee (SAC) Executive Board, works as a House Assistant in Harrison College House. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and listening to music.
HAYDEN WILTSHIRE
Speaker Acquisition Chair
Hayden Wiltshire is a sophomore at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, concentrating in Finance and Artificial Intelligence for Business.
Originally from Philadelphia, he currently serves as the Speaker Acquisition Chair for the Black Ivy League Business Conference, where he engages with top leaders to help shape this year’s programming. Previously, he held the same role for the Howard E. Mitchell Memorial Conference through Black Wharton. Outside of BILB, Hayden is an active member of BlackGen Capital and is deeply involved in finance and entrepreneurship on campus. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and poker.
ELIZABETH GRIFFIN
School Liaison Chair
Elizabeth is a sophomore at Wharton studying Strategic Management and Legal Studies & Business Ethics. She is originally from Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Elizabeth previously served as a Speaker Acquisition FLC during BILBCon 2024. Outside of BILB, she is a member of the Wharton Women Marketing Committee and a member of the Black Pre-Law Association. In her free time, she enjoys grabbing a coffee with friends and baking.
RERE ADEOYE
Special Events Chair
Rere is a sophomore in the College studying Health and Societies on the Pre-dental track. She is originally from Baltimore, Maryland.
Outside of BILB, she’s on the Member Engagement Committee of the Wharton Undergraduate Healthcare Club, conducts undergraduate research at Penn Dental, and works as a Resident Advisor. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, cooking, and watching rom-coms.
DONATELLA DONOVAN
Speaker Acquisition Chair
Donatella is a sophomore in the College double majoring with Philosophy and International Relations, and minoring in Legal Studies and History at Wharton. Donatella is originally from San Francisco, attended the International School of San Francisco, and now lives in Paris.
Outside of BILB, Donatella does research affiliated with the National Bureau of Economics, research for a professor at Princeton University, and is on the board of The French of Society doing finance. In her free time, Donatella enjoys hanging out with loved ones.
JAMES COOMBS
Marketing Chair
James is a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences on the pre-law track, studying Political Science with a concentration in Political Theory. He is originally from Brooklyn NY.
Outside of BILBCon, James is head of the Arts and Culture section for Faces of Black Penn promoting the thoughts of black students at Penn, and the Head of Publication for BARS (Beyond Arrests: Re-Thinking Systematic Oppression) looking for ways to speak up for those within systems of incarceration. In his free time he enjoys drawing, creative storywriting and modeling.
